I just wanted to know how you get that thingy on the bottom of your signature that tracks your weight loss progess?

Mine hasn't worked for weeks, after repeat emails to support that go unanswered I have given up. I have tried with different versions of windows and used my Mac and my ipad, it's their software, not a thing to do with us as users.

I just changed mine and had no problem,

here is what I did

Go to view profile

select health tracker

select edit health tracker

select ticker & widgets

If you creating new one select create new sticker.

If you have one already select edit.

Put in weight start and goal weight if you just starting or if you already have ticker put in new weight.

Make sure to click add to profile

and add to message board

save ticker.

I had different ones showing in there that I had tried before, I had to delete them all first. Then make the new one and it worked.
