One Month Weight Loss

One month weight loss since starting Optifast and surgery.... 35 pounds!!!!

I lost 19 pound on Optifast, From January 14th to Feb4 th then ....

I lost 16 pounds since surgery on the the 4th of February until today

I would say thats is a very good start.
