Went for an awesome walk/hike last night with the dog. I have no excuse to hibernate in this weather anymore and even though I am not dropping pounds the fastest at the moment, my clothes are getting bigger and bigger. I need to remember to wear my fitbit and start tracking more, but my vitamins and water were good yesterday!

I'm back from my run this morning - was really late since I was on my own with the kids so only had time for 1/2 an hour (5K). I'll make it up with a 10K run tomorrow morning!
Here's my eating plan for today (still trying to keep the carbs low and the protein high):
B - 1/2 paleo bagel, 1/2 tbsp almond butter, protein drink w/ banana post-run
S - 2 Turkey Pepperettes
L - Tuna salad with a Spinach Salad, balsalmic vinagrette
S - Armstrong Cheese String, protein bar
D - Salmon with Asparagus
S - Berries
Totals - 1,553 calories, 93g carbs, 75g fat, 140g protein
