Oopsie Bread
I just read about this on the RNY forum. Has anyone tried making it? I put it into the Spark recipe calculator and came up with these statsif you make 6

Been making them for years. They were from the Atkins diet. My mom used to make them all the time and then stuff them with egg salad or chicken salad and it makes you think you are having bread of sorts. It does fill the void of no bread and makes having a sandwich so easy. If you like egg bread then you will like these. Sometimes the flop and stay flat but still taste good.
