6 months chk up

BMI from 54.6 down to 33.6, WEIGHT 328 and at 6 month appointment 205lbs, HAIRLOSS: ongoing, not as severe as 3-5 months, EXERCISE: 5 days /wk, burning at least 250 cal - 550 cal (aquafit, P90X, YOGA, STAT BIKE, TREADMILL), INCHES: 20 lost all over, biggest loss in chest, CLOTHING: up top was a 4X now a Large, bottom was a 26 now a 16, ENERGY: ok most days, I do live a wild, busy life with 3 kids, but I am up and ready to go each morning and not sluggish in the afternoons anymore, MEDICAL: no prescription meds, iron low (take Profarrin daily), osteo-arthritis - seeing my ortho guy in March, FOOD: pasta - still not my friend, loving rice cakes with light peanut butter, rapini and granny apples SURGEON/DIET/NURSE: all happy with current results...weight loss terrific and evidence of hard work they said...

Referred September 2012, HHRH Orientation December 2012, Meet with surgeon January 2013, Meet with and testing with Dr Glazer May 2013, PATTS July 4, 2013 - 325lbs, Surgery HRRH August 1st, 2013 - 299lbs, second surgery late August 2nd to drain fluid, Discharged August 5th - 294lbs, reached 1/2 way to goal at 16 wks, MOM of three kids, married for 13 years :)
Congrats! Being in regular sized clothing must feel fantastic, as well as having the energy to keep up with your exercise and the kids :) Keep up the good work!! Glad to hear the hair loss has slowed down - I am almost at month 4 and the clumps coming out are a little alarming!! Feels like it will never stop until I am bald, lol ;)
