Hi there. I have several participants who haven't let me know their numbers for last week. Please send them in now. The numbers this week are terrific, considering the weather, so way to go!!

Just confirming, that it's 29 miles which equals 45.5 kms. Yes? Plus another 20 for your spin class which = 65.5
