RNY - 5 Months out

The new dog is keeping me on my toes, but he is so damn cute. My neighbour below me complained that he was barking ALL day when she met him in the lobby. So I asked on the timing and she said from 7:30am - 9:30am and then at 11 am and then in the afternoon he was quiet.  So it wasn't ALL day I said to her and she said well no... but all morning. And I said well I know he barked from 7:45 until 7:51 then he was quiet for the next 10 min and he settle down when I left at 8am. She asked me how I knew, I said becuase I time him outside the door to ensure he settles in before I leave as I don't like barking and neither do my neighbours. So I asked if it was really until 9:30 and she didn't respond but looked at me ... I asked if there was anything going on in the building around 11 am and she told me the workmen started in the apt on my floor, drilling etc. So I asked if he settled down after that and she said he did.

I asked her to be a little patient as I trained him as I have only had him since Friday and this was the 3 time I have left him to head to work she was fine with that, but I she is just always so *****y I can never read her.

B- peanut butter, slice of bread - I avoid bread for the most part rare thing for me

S- Cheese

L - chicken, salad / veggies

S- protein bar

D - chilli with protein powder

S- edamame

Thanks Barb

I've had to thinking of meals and snacks due to recent bouts of hypoglycemia.  I treat them more as 6 mini meals.  As a shift worker I find I have less lows as I remember to eat due to scheduled breaks than at home where at 5 pm I realized I haven't ate.
