Today, instead of a Latte I tried making hot chocolate. I used my Nespresso milk frother/warmer thingy and put in> no fat milk, sweetener and 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder, turned on the machine and let it do its thing. It was so delish that I felt guilty.
I don't know if you read my reply a couple of days ago, but in the past month I've had an aversion to certain foods (chicken, salmon, certain meat slices...) -- never had this problem before. Now when I eat things that I enjoy and don't make me gag, I stick to them.

Morning everyone..Found out my son and his wife are having a baby girl yay...I am so excited. My second grandbaby. Boy and a girl now..She is due end of June..
