Morning

Finale of the golf tournament today with a party tonight.....I will be glad when the golf is done and I can continue to rest my back

Today, instead of a Latte I tried making hot chocolate. I used my Nespresso milk frother/warmer thingy and put in> no fat milk, sweetener and 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder, turned on the machine and let it do its thing. It was so delish that I felt guilty.

I don't know if you read my reply a couple of days ago, but in the past month I've had an aversion to certain foods (chicken, salmon, certain meat slices...) -- never had this problem before. Now when I eat things that I enjoy and don't make me gag, I stick to them.

I can understand that completely.....sorry I didnt read your reply from a few days ago.....depends on the day whether I am back on oh........I do the same thing with food.......nothing wrong with it.....hope you can get back to chicken etc soon

Morning everyone..Found out my son and his wife are having a baby girl yay...I am so excited. My second grandbaby. Boy and a girl now..She is due end of June..

B- tea and protein bar.

S- some fruit.

L- lg grilled portabella mush with LF riccotia and basil pesto on top..

S- 4 melba rounds laughing cow.

D- chcicken and other portabela mushroom.

S-water melon ..
