Hi all,

i don't have the official results for the week, but if I remember correctly Butt Busters was in first this week, followed by Smokin' A's and then Waist Management! Way to go!

I had a bit of an issue getting my dog-ears repaired (extra skin left over from my panni surgery a year ago) and it went a little differently than expected so I'm off wor****il Monday (where the results reside). I will do next week's results along with how far we have walked across Canada then!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
