I admit it....frustrated!!!

so, 10 months out ( today 0 and I have been stuck for 6 weeks now, dropping and re-gaining the same 5 pounds over and over again!!! I'm getting in between 1000-1100 ca per day, Protein first every day. I workout for 2 hours 5 days a week ( 60 min cardio-eiptic x 2.8 k in 45 min, running x 60 mins =2.5 k, and bike x 60 min = 5.6 k ), strength training....arms weight at gym, the entire set, 12 reps x 3 sets each, abs, egs machines and squats, unges, side squats, ....name it and I'm doing it!!
so why oh why am I stuck??? I am proud of the 122 I've taken off so far, but I want another 30 gone. Any suggestion???

I thought so too, but if I increase my intake the scales go up!!

increase by 200-500 ccal and give it 2-3 weeks. How are you clothes ? With workouts like this, it could be muscle mass

I have ben the same way since about 9 months out stuck at the same weight and going up and down 5lbs. I think your calorie intake is just fine things you have to take into consideration are you may be gaining muscle since you are working out and losing inches instead I have been the same weight but have gone down in clothing size. I also have a feeling my body may just be comfortable with the weight I am at because if I also take into consideration how much all this excess skin may weight.

Change things up a bit with your workouts you may have to eat bit differently maybe add little bit carbs or more protein.

Hey Deb, how are you? Its been awhile. I hear ya I am stuck too, I have been since Oct. I sit between 200.5 and 205. I cannot break 200. I admit, I do not work out like you do, and my protien levels...well lets not talk about those. I am sure I ate some crap over xmas I should not have....but I still eat small meals, take all my vitamins and nothing gives. I still struggle with fluid intake......be proud of yourself !!! you have come leaps and bounds from when we met !!!    I know its frustrating, I try to stay off the darn scale so it doesnt mess with my head but alas..... it will come off, have faith, like I said, I have been stalled since Oct. And we all support you even when you feel like you cant support yourself !!!! xoxoxoxoxo
