Enjoy your lazy day. Your back will probably appreciate it. I came home on a cold streetcar last night. Then it dumped us out at a very cold windy corner and short turned. By the time I got home my feet were wet and ice cold. It took forever before the feeling came back into my hands. My husband has put some hand warmers into my backpack this morning. I was so cold I didn't even walk the dog last night.

Today I wore warmer but heavier boots. Spring where are you!

Last week in Cuba we kept turning the AC off. I wanted to be as hot as possible. We would come back to the room and open the doors to warm it up. I think I am coming down wih something. I am sitting at my desk frozen!

18 months post -op (RNY)

Today is probably the highest I've gone carb-wise in a very long time but found a receipe while waiting at TWH for my appointment in the Bites & Bits leaflet that are put together by the Nutritionists from the Bariatric Surgery Program.  Super easy and tastes just like hummus.

B - 2 Source yogurt, 2 tbsp Qia

S - 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 tbsp mayo

L - protein shake

S - 82 g TWH Easy Bean Dip, 200 g carrots (these carrots will likely be used for all of my snacks)

D - 8 shrimp, 1 tbsp seafood sauce, 1 c braised cabbage and mushrooms

S - 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 tbsp mayo

943 calories = 28 g fat, 86 g carbs (64 g net carbs), 32 g sugar, 90 g protein
