Carbs vs protein

Can anyone help ? how many carbs vs how much protein...gram per gram or ami way off?

Based on what I've read, I aim for 80-120g protein and 30-60g carbs. Keep the carbs low while losing.

I'm only 3.5 weeks out, but successfully broke the dreaded 2 week stall with this formula. 

But check the paperwork from your centre to be sure that you are within their guidelines.

I did EXACTLY what Susan is doing... I aimed for 80-120g protein everyday and 30-60g carbs per day.

If you are tracking your foods on "myfitnesspal" or "fitday" or something, use the 40/30/30 formula.. 40% protein/30%carbs/ 30%fats... daily percentages. I aimed for .. 50/25/25 in my losing stage. It worked out GREAT

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

I was told at least 60g of protein as I'm sure most have by their center.  During one visit to the dietition I believe they took my weight and times it by 0.4 for the minimum number of grams,  I am for a minimum of 2:1 protein to carbs.  Most days I'm close to 100 g of protein and around 40 net carbs.
