Carbs vs protein
Based on what I've read, I aim for 80-120g protein and 30-60g carbs. Keep the carbs low while losing.
I'm only 3.5 weeks out, but successfully broke the dreaded 2 week stall with this formula.
But check the paperwork from your centre to be sure that you are within their guidelines.

I did EXACTLY what Susan is doing... I aimed for 80-120g protein everyday and 30-60g carbs per day.
If you are tracking your foods on "myfitnesspal" or "fitday" or something, use the 40/30/30 formula.. 40% protein/30%carbs/ 30%fats... daily percentages. I aimed for .. 50/25/25 in my losing stage. It worked out GREAT
