What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)
Good morning all. Glad the golf did not do your back in yesterday. Lack of sleep does me in. I had a really bad eating day yesterday. Sort of a mindless who cares because I am tired and achy. So went to bed early and today is a new day. I was going to go to the support group tonight at TWH but will see how the weather progresses today. My husband always insists on picking me up. I do not want him to come out if the roads are bad.
They have again made some changes. With this is no spell check. Need to find this as I am a lousy speller
b greek yogurt, granola, fruit
l chicken meatloaf, 1/2 large apple
s protein shake with other 1/2 apple
d chili salad (if I go to TWH this will change)
s not sure I need anything since I am not moving enough
so far cal 922, carb 90 prot 95
The carb seems high but it is mostly from fruit and milk so I guess it is healthy carbs

S: 8 shrimp, 1 tbsp seafood sauce
L: protein shake, 1 slice swiss cheese
S: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 tbsp mayo
D: 1 cup braised cabbage & mushrooms, 1/2 maple leaf ham steak
S: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 tbsp mayo
910 calories = 35 g fat, 47 g carbs (36 g net carbs), 24 g sugar, 103 g protein

Insomnia sucks, but the hormone changes in our new lifestyle will likely have something to do with it. I find that in order to function well at work I need to drug myself at least one night a week, and get a full 9 hours that night.
God, I hate winter! The commute this morning was 4 times its normal time. And the snow blowing in my face was unpleasant.
B- bowl of Cheerios, 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - cottage cheese, SF applesauce, granola
L - 2 turkey bites, 4 crackers, 1 pear, 21 g cheddar
S - protein bar, 2nd coffee
D - cobb salad w roast chicken, cheese, egg and bacon bits.
