Good morning :)

Gosh, I am sooorrrrre today. Now that things are in healing mode, parts of me hurt more, whether I do stuff or not. Trying to relax today. 

 

B- oatmeal

S- fibre bar

L- egg salad sandwich, yoguart

S- banana

D- chili w/shredded cheese

S- dunno yet

 

getting in my liquids and vitamins

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

RNY, 15 monts post-Op

Hi Everyone!  Today I did 45 mins on the recumbent bike (10KMs for the Cross Country Challenge!), and then did some strength exercises over lunch (burpees, planks, push ups).

Here's my eating plan for the day:

B - Larabar, Banana with almond butter

S - Turkey Pepperettes

L - Beef Chili

S - Larabar (need to stop eating these - too high carb!), hard boiled egg

D - Butter chicken with asparagus

S - Unsweetened chocolate with a little bit of honey and almonds (my own version of chocolate covered almonds)

Totals - 1,540 calories, 132g carbs, 91g fat, 76g protein
