The new dog is keeping me on my toes. Out of the house more but damn it is cold and icy out. I don't mind the cold, but the icy is dangerous. I really don't want to wipe and break something.

Sorry I haven't been around much. It hasn't been a very good couple of weeks for me - lots of family issues happening that are difficult to deal with. I'm muddling through. My Wii Fit has been my scale all along through this journey, but it is now broken and I need to replace it with something, but that was two weeks ago so I'm not sure exactly how badly the last couple of weeks have been on my weight. I know I'm doing some compulsive eating, but my clothes aren't feeling different, so I don't think I'm gaining much weight.
Unfortunately I don't have time to do totals for what I'm eating today, but I have an idea of what I'm having. Haven't been totalling stuff much, but have been at least trying to do the protein-first thing when I do eat, and I have been packing lunches and snacks even if I'm not plugging them in. CBT isn't helping because I missed last week's session due to a family emergency, and today's session I won't have done what I should have done. Hoping she can help me figure out how to stay on track and carve out the time to do what I need to do.
B - 7 soda crackers and two slices of cheese
S - ricotta/vanilla/splenda mix with berries
L - I don't know. Sigh. I'll see what protein thing the cafeteria has today.
S - I'll pack another ricotta/vanilla/splenda with berries - I like it and it's easy.
D - I'll figure that out when I get home.
