Day 20 of Optifast

One more day to go. Then the day I have waited for will finally be here. I had to cut a couple of rings off tonight, it broke my heart. So Tuesday at 11:00am I will be having the surgery that took me two years to get. To everyone thank you for all your advise and encouragement. And to all who is on Optifast now awaiting their surgery soon, Good Luck and see you on the bench.

What do you think you will have as you final Optifast concoction? Make sure you floss after to get all the stuck on meat out of your teeth! lol
