RNY  4 Years 10 Months Post Op

Morning

Ate way too much last night.....didnt gain any....however that may catch up with me tomorrow.....worth it as the food was wonderful.....back to basics today......going to try and swing the club a bit.....out for brunch......and superbowl party tonight

 

STEPS - 3080

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

S - 1/2 pure protein bar

 

L - 3/4 cup of eggbreaters omelet with spinach/tomatoes/onion/mushroom/green pepper

     3 slices of bacon

     1 slice of toast

 

D - hamburg - no bun.....tomatoes and pickles

   1 cup of kale salad

 

S - 1 skinny cow fudgesicle

     1 Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt

    Veggies and dip during the game

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,123,  Carbs - 82 grams,  Fat - 32 grams,  Protein - 102 grams

 

All water....more decaf coffee....and all vits

Good morning Barb. Came home yesterday from a week of sun and relaxation. Also a gain of 2 lbs. aded to Christmas I am now up 6 so back to basics. The gain was not from food but juices. Too many fruit drinks. The gain could have been much worse but lots of walking and swimming helped. I need to grocery shop so my menu is not competely planned yet. I will add as the day goes on.

b greek yogurt, granola

l turkey barley soup

s skim milk with protein powder

d pork tenderloin, salad, asparagus

s kraft pudding

cal 857, carb 83, prot 85

Great to see you back Pat.....must be tough to leave the sun and warmth and go back to dreary and cold...however.....not too many more weeks until spring

 

Yeah.....fruit can creep up on you.....especially the drinks!!

8 weeks and change

 

Took my son back to the bus station today. We had a great visit.  House chores and super bowl this evening.

 

B- poached egg, 3 strips of bacon, half a piece of dry whole wheat toast

 

S- silhouette Greek yogurt w/All Max Isonatural protein and ¼ c fruit

 

Lunch –ocean’s tuna kit

 

S- grimms turkey pepperette, babybel light

 

Dinner  -1/2 piece of lasagna
