RNY  4 Years 9 Months Post Op

Morning

 

Chores this morning....then more rest this afternoon......out for dinner this evening......up 1/2 pound this morning....to be expected when I had such a big loss the past few days

 

STEPS - 2090

 

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee - 1 reg and 1 decaf

    Premeir protein shake

 

L - 2 ham-cheese-pickle roll ups

 

S - 1 Damnon light and fit greek yogurt

 

D - small ceasar salad

     4 oz filet of beef

    1 piece of hot sourdough

    1 glass of Pinot Noir

 

S -  skinny cow fudge bar......might skip this....but have it in totals

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,430,  Carbs - 86 grams,  Fat - 60 grams,  Protein - 98 grams

 

All water....more decaf coffee....and all vits

 8 weeks and change

 

Have a great night out Barb.  I have an open house today – coming home and making cookies for my son to take back and filling him up with lasagna tonight.

 

B- scrambled egg with ¼ c milk and ¼ c pc blue menu tex mex shredded cheese

 

S- silhouette Greek yogurt w/All Max Isonatural protein and ¼ c fruit

 

Lunch –ocean’s tuna kit

 

S- laughing cow light, melba toast

 

Dinner  -1/2 piece of lasagna salad and pc French salad dressing

 

FITNESS PAL Calories  901 Carbs  56   Fat 36  Protein  80

I've misplaced my fitbit and I feel lost without it!

Good morning 

 

I don't have alot on the go for today, looks like a relaxing kindda day. My hubby's dad came up and they have gone snowmobiling for the day. A gal from work is having a birthday party tonight (starts at 930pm), we have been invited but we will see how we feel later. DH might be too tired and I find that around dinner time, I start feeling rough. So, we will weigh it out later.

 

B- 1OE egg, 2 slices bacon and 1 slice weigh****cher toast

S- banana

L- leftovers from last night, Cheddar chicken, mashed taters, and a little corn

S- yoguart

D- we will likely go out when the guys get home, maybe I will have some salad ..just depends on where we go

S- not sure yet

 

Working on vitamins, finally doing good at getting them all in again. Getting my liquids in.
