You look great ... I have to admit that I'm using you as a benchmark for myself. Is that too weird

Your before picture reminds me a lot of myself (weight, body type, glasses lol)

I can only hope by this time next year I'm getting close to my goal (139.5 -- just to be in the 130's)

If it's not too personal -- do you think you'll need to have any PS for loose skin? It doesn't look like you need it. I'm just curious because I think I'll need it on my arms.

not weird but everyone loses differently! I cannot afford plastic surgery and not nearly enough to have it covered by OHIP... my arms and boobs are the worst! Right now I dont stress about it because the guy I am seeing has lost over 200 pounds himself so I am not self conscious about it.. but I don't see this being long term and worry about being more self conscious with someone who cannot appreciate my loss! But I DO have loose tummy skin.. but its not TOO bad..
