Going to rest today to try and help my fracture.........carbs are too high on my menu due to the bread and P/B which I eat before and after I take the pain meds

S - 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter
L - eggs scrambled with cheese
D -- steak with peppers and onions
1/4 cup of rice

Tomorrow is my 3 month post-op, feeling good, down 60 lbs and couldn't be happier.
Educating for the next 2 days, so although I will be on an odd schedule, I am trying to stick to my food plan.
B - Protein Shake
S - Hard Boiled egg, smoked salmon slices (2 small)
L - Meatloaf with Green beans and potatoes
S - Greek Yogurt
D - Chicken breast (1/2) with carrots
S - Babybel light with a pepperette
Total Cal - 745
Fat - 25
Carbs - 50
Protein - 81

Sorry to hear about your fracture Barb. Get better soon..So much snow up north , it reminds me of when i was a kid and having snow up to the garage roof....Come on spring..
B- i hard boiled egg.
S- carrots and celery with LF dip.
L- chicken and peas.
S - 4 melba rounds and laughing cow triangle.
D- zucchini roll ups.( grilled zucchini with LF cream cheese, LF riccotia cheese spices . Rolled up and marinara sauce on top baked in oven...
S- roasted chick peas..

Oh, Barb - so sorry to hear you have a fracture.
Typical day for me - work 9-4:30, then mindfulness meditation class. Worried about a friend of mine who fractured his skull and has a concussion. Eating more carbs than usual last Wednesday to yesterday (approaching 6 month mark) but hard to tell because I haven't been logging. Weight is stable. Also tending to stand up and eat at counter - familiar and fastest way to get things in - cupboard, counter, mouth. Committed to logging and mindful eating/sitting down.

S: 1/4 c edamame
L: 4 oz steak and greek yogurt cup
S: turkey pepperette and cheese
S: quest protein bar
D: roast beef au jus and carrots

Good afternoon :)
Trying to push myself a little harder today. Now it's time for a rest... I can only seem to do things for an hr to an 1.5hrs then I'm worn out. I drove for the first time today (since 2 weeks ago), went to the store to get a few things for dinner. Then threw it all in the crock pot. I will be having a nap shortly.
