70 km for me. Yes running outside this week was darn cold. Only got outside once. We did the hill running inside. I got my butt on the spin bike to help bring up the km.

I managed to get 2 km in once I was able to walk flat on my foot again.  Will try to walk maybe 1 mile in a few days and keep it at a low speed or I'll be down and out again.  Once I can do a mile easily then I'll increase. Injuries suck.

29.5 kms for Butt Busters....sorry! After my wonderful start on Monday last week, I ended sicker than a dog the rest of the week. Plus, I hurt my arm somehow??

Still not 100%, but hoping to get a couple of gym days in this week around all of my appointments.
