Hi everyone!

Please post your weekly kilometres for the TCC Challenge.

I had a great week with three spin classes and running this weekend. I didn't want to run either day, because of the weather, but I pushed through, and I was glad I did. :-)

My totals this week is 120 km! Woohoo

How did everyone do?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Hi Kelly,

Managed 56.5km for the Waist Management team. Did some running this week plus some running. So not so bad! Will keep working at getting those numbers a bit.
