Protein Powder
I really like the ISOFLEX Vanilla Whey. It is a black container with blue label, red lettering I believe.. It met all the guidelines in terms of protein content, carb and caloric intake that was advised to me through TWH Bariatric Clinic

Hi, I'm going through the Guelph clinic and I didn't think they wanted us to use protein powder. You can if you want but maybe double check. The surgeon told me to focus on getting my liquids in to start. It can be overwhelming for some people. I know that whey protein has been recommended as we absorb it better though.

If you want a REALLY good protein powder that taste awesome (even mixed with water and ice) order from http://www.dynawheyprotein.com/ ( you can find it sometimes in Zerhs grocery stores as well) but cheaper online.
The chocolate-peanut butter and chocolate-banana are great and the Strawberry-Kiwi is also very, very good. Did not like the Orange Vanilla Cream and haven't tried the Iced Cap yet.
But everyone I have told about this whey protein and has tried them, loves them and started to order on a regular basis. Free shipping on orders over $50 and they are Canadian.
I like to mix mine with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1.5 scopes of powder then fill with ice cubes and top up with water.
