Morning all. It is indeed quite chilly - and the weightloss makes it really hard to get warm again once you're chilled through.

Here's a wakeup call for me though - I'm packing for my cruise on the weekend and tried on my summer shorts and capris last night.

Uh-oh. I've obviously regained in ways I hadn't anticipated - my girth has increased, no longer a size 8-10. Now a 10-12.

I know that's just a dream for those of you starting out on your weightloss journey - but it's a dire warning for me. My inevitable bounceback is now showing in ways I can no longer ignore - and lack of exercise is the main reason. I have GOT to get out there more.

 B - Cheerios, 1/2 banana, large coffee

 S - 1% cottage cheese w SF applesauce + granola

 L - 2 turkey bites, 21 g cheddar, 4 crackers, 1 pear

 S - cereal bar (100 cal's), 2nd coffee

 D - homemade chicken curry w rice

I hear you. I think my fat seems to be shifting. I know it is part age but the 10's sometimes do not fit as well anymore.

Good morning. And yes sunny and hot weather is what we need...My poor dogs dont even want to go out for a quick pee, and they are a Huskey and a Sheppard lol..

B- tea, 1/2 slice peamal bacon.

S- turkey roll up LF cheese and pickle slice.

D-  chicken coleslaw mix with green onion, celery in it as well.

S- 4 melba rounds and laughing cow triangle.

D- chicken and some fried mushrooms.

S- greek yogurt ..

I have been adding inulin fiber to my teas in the morning now. Its weird , i have upped my greens and now i am not going regular.. The fiber is helping though.

Have a great day ...Krista.

My dog is originally from Atiwapiskat. And he no longer likes the cold. He used to get a really really thick coat. It has thinned as he has lived in Toronto.
