Nothing planned today except a few chores- out for dinner this evening......meeting my trainer this morning for some weight lifting.....my bod is tired from all the golfing - workouts etc.....just going to read this afternoon

Sounds like a perfect day. I am off to TWH this morning. It is my 2 yr check up. I will probably post on that at another time. I usually walk to work from TWH but we will see how late I am there and what the weather is. I am also having a roll up today. Wish I could stomach the pickle but they are too acidity for me

I agree!! I was speaking at the York Region support group yesterday, and it was weird to say that i'll be 3 years out in March. What??
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
