Anything that moves you forward counts. And Roller skating isn't easy and a great workout! Great job!

Morning:

I'm embarrassed, only had 24 km for Smoking "A's", will do  better.

I'm a walker and a lot of ice on the sidewalks and very little sand and salt in our town, very scary.

Good Morning

Everyone is doing so great but I have a comment to make. I see a few people looking at totals of other's and saying they will do better you are already doing better you are moving and that is a good thing. Doesn't matter if you get 10K or 99K in as long as we move.

WE ARE ALL DOING AMAZING.

I agree with you. Before RNY I was lucky to walk a couple of blocks. Now all movement is good movement!

Hi Kelly

I am not sure how it should work on the bike.....do you count the steps per peddle?......or are you counting the klm driven?

Kilometre driven. For spinning a class you go 25-35km per class. I only count 20 (even though I would top the 35, as I keep up with the instructor), and I get some Fitbit steps in, when I am standing on the bike, so for me, that's how I counteracted it.

I'm going by what was decided during last year's rules.

Well, I did a little better this week! 27km for the A Team! Maybe this week will be better. Need to get my bike out and cover more ground. Just a quick question? How many km would one count for a 45 min aqua fit class, that you do alot of jogging in back and forth??
