28km for me. My goal this week-I joined Zumba. First class is tomorrow. I have two left feet, but going to give it a try.

Zumba scares me... I am so un-coordinated... but I hear it's lots of fun.  Let me know how it goes.

I don't use my Fitbit anymore, so I'm not tracking mileage from my day-to-day activities.  But I did run 20KM this week, and bike 10KM, for 30KM's total (for the Smokin' A's!).

Did alot of walking and unburied the stationary bike... 47km for the 'butt busters'.

Goals this week is break 50km and start aquafit or lane swimming.

Does swimming or aquafit count?  If it does how would I calculate it?

Anything that moves you forward. So lane swimming, count your metres, but aquafit I guess wouldn't count, unless you have a FitBit Flex, and can wear it in the pool. You might get steps out of that.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
