I am not specifically saying that drinking coffee caused me to get an ulcer, but then again who knows.  I am currently on Pantaloc and another medication for 90 days...the pain hasn't been as bad in the last week but it definatly isn't (gone)...not sure how long that takes, so I have an app't with my doctor that referred me for gastric bypass surgery.  My regular GP, sent me for an untrasound previously and when it showed up that I had gallstones he did nothing else..so I was suspicious that it may be related to my sugery so I made an app't with my other doctor *****ferred me for a scope.  I am VERY fortunate to have 2 physicians.

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

Morning all - better late than never.

Had a doctor's appointment this morning, they've found a small precancerous lesion on my face - had it removed.

 B - homemade oatmeal w eggyolk, prunes, 1/2 banana and cinnamon, large coffee

 S - 1% cottage cheese w raspberries and granola

 L - red lentil soup

 S - protein bar, 2nd coffee

 D - sushi and seaweed salad

S- mini babybel light turkey pepperoni stick

Lunch – 1/3 Crabby Joe’s Skinnylicious Shrimp Creole

S- greek yogurt

Dinner  -1/3 Crabby Joe’s Skinnylicious Shrimp Creole (yes I keep eating this because I am a realtor and found this a safe restaurant meal) – so afraid to try salmon as the only salmon I’ve ever had was canned pre-op and I hated it!
