This is too funny ---- I was just making a batch.
The can of diced tomatoes and the juice from the minced turkey (I use extra lean), keeps it very moist. I put a few shakes of Italian seasoning on it. After I make it, I put it in small 3oz containers and freeze it. When I want one, I grab a container from the freezer and empty the frozen contents on a microwave safe dish, cover it with saran wrap and microwave it on high for 2 or 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). Its really moist. Hope this helps.
