What are you eating/doing today (Thursday)

So weird - almost three years out, and still have days where things just don't go through.

Yesterday and the day before dinner didn't really go down - in each case it kinda went halfway, stuck in the pouch and then oopsy - up it came.

I've just got a fussy pouch is all.

 

 B - Bowl of Cheerios, 1/2 banana, large coffee

 S - 1% cottage cheese w raspberries and granola

 L - 2 turkey bites, 21 g cheddar, 1 pear, 4 crackers

 S - protein bar, 2nd coffee

 D - Paella w mussels, shrimp, sausage and chicken - yumm
