1st visit with the Surgeon.

Had my first visit with Dr. Huynh yesterday..what a really nice Dr. The minute he called me in he put me at ease ...very easy to talk too...I am really happy about that....the good NEWS is he gave me the go ahead for the next step in this journey ...woooohoooo ..

I am so happpy about all this even tho today I am not feeling the best...After seeing the Dr and having my blood work all done, I got a terrible headache... had a very restless night....Today I am so tired, woke up to swollen feet,hands and a puffy swollen face...

Not sure why but today's job for me is rest...so far so good

Btw while at the clinic yesterday I was searching the people in the waiting room for faces that might be on here lol . There was a couple of faces that I wondered about but wasn't brave enough to say hi???So if any of you ever see me at the clinic or anywhere else our journey may takes us PLEASE SAY HI!

I think i saw you and a lady that could have been your sister.  It is really hard to tell who is there for bariatrics and who is for pre-op for something else.  I was just about leaving when you came, i was waiting for the Anaesthesiologist and then went for my x-ray. I was wearing black with a red flowered top mostly black too.  I returned quickly to give my paper to the registration ladies.  I have surgery on Monday but will say hi if or when i see you in the future at any of my follow up appts.  Good luck on your journey.
