Day 1 of Optifast

I am pleasantly surprised that it went so well. I am not hungry at all. I had my 4 shakes, 3 bottles of water and 1 cup of chicken broth. I hope it goes just a well for the next 3 weeks. 

It gets easier every day. You got this!!

You got three weeks of opti in Guelph? I was under the assumption everyone does the two weeks no matter their starting weight. I'm glad your first day went well and I hope you have an easy ride. Good luck.

Hi, Dr Bohjani, the new surgeon will give you a week of Optifast for every 100 pounds you are. I thought the same as you I was surprised myself.

I was on optifast for 6 weeks, and from Guelph Clinic also.

Glade to hear that your first day on Opti was a good one. It was great for me as well being also my first day. I truly hope it does get easier as everyone says,  but getting over this first hurdle does feel great. Good luck to you.
