Good morning all. Time to post your numbers!

My numbers include my FitBit mileage, plus two spin classes and 5k that I ran that I forgot my FitBit at home...boo!

Last year I decided to count 25km for a spin class (high cadence shows you do about 25-35 km per class). I do work hard, so I am sure I would do at least 35 as well, however I do get some FitBit steps somehow during the class, so I'm knocking down the number to 20k. I hope that's good for everyone.

Which puts my total for the week at 91km.

how did everyone do?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
