7 week long stall!
Many thanks to all your support during this horrendous stall! Two weeks ago I upped my caloric intake to around 1300/day and it did the trick. I also added about 20 minutes on my Tony Little Gazelle every day. As a consequence I have lost 7 pounds! I really thought I had bottomed out and now I have some hope that I am still losing! I also started using myfitnesspal and I just love it!

I love 'myfitnesspal" too... it knows almost 100% the foods I scan using the barcode and it is easy to add my own recipes.
