Good morning everyone.

I had my surgery wednesday and it went amazing. I was just curious as to what you had as your first few days at home. Im getting about 4-6 tbsp of food in at each sitting and its holding well. As far as water goes...when sipping on it thru the day...did you wait the 15 min between sips or is that more for the food..thanks for all your help.

Congrats on your surgery.  I didn't have any trouble with water as I thought it just went through quite easily.  I was careful about the amount of protein as we need it to heal up.  I ate mostly runny things like watered down porridge, yogourt, protein shakes - I liked Premier protein shakes from Costco.  Hang in there and keep us up to date with everything too!

V8 Juice doubled me over in heartburn for 2 days because of the acid in it. even the prevacid fast dissolving tabs plus zantac didn't help. Concentrate on High Protein Foods cottage cheese and yogurt are your new best friends kiss
