Final Teams for Trans-Canada Challenge (aka TCC) - No really, Final. I made some...
Me and Excel have a love-hate relationship. And I didn't notice that some members dropped down to a second page. I fiddled around again, to make the projected kilometres per week even.
Here we go! Still uneven in members, but should be even in projected kms.
I hope everyone is doing well this week. This challenge is helping me, that's for sure. Today, I slept in and didn't make it to the gym, and won't have time at lunch today, so I went for a run in the snow. Forgot my FitBit, but have it in my Runkeeper app as 5k. It was slow, and like running in sand (fresh powdered snow, on top of ice), but I felt proud because I did it!!
Anyone else feeling motivated because of the challenge?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
I had already planned on returning to the gym after the big holiday absence, but, I feel this challenge is making me push myself harder/further when I am at the gym :) Thank you for having me!!
Referral to Ottawa: Jan/11 Info Session: May/11 Nurse: Feb/12 Dietician/Behavourist/Abdominal Scan: Apr/12 Pre-op Education Class: Feb. 6/13 Meet Surgeon Feb.15/13 Surgery with Dr. Raiche March 12/13!!
The race isn't given to the swift nor the strong, but it's given to the ones who endure it to the end...
It's been a tough week, I will admit -- have been very tired (post-holiday blahs, recovering, etc.). But this definitely helps with the motivation. My personal trainer canceled on me last night. I was so tempted to just stay in and and get cozy, but instead, thought about all the KMs I would lose ...so went into the gym to do my 3km of rowing, 5km run, plus some additional time on the elliptical! I definitely hit my target for yesterday!
Keep it up everyone! Get movin'...especially Waist Management!!
Cheers,
DD
Yes Crstal...you are now on Waist Management. Have you kept track of your mileage this week?

I am motivated... I also figured out how to switch the fitbit to km.
Doing better then I thought I would.
