You can do it the first 3 to 4 days are the hardest, but remember the end game. I also I one crystal light and one oxox broth as only 10 calories each, and a lot of water I save my broth xoxo packets for supper when my family was eating.

Two days of success is nothing to sneeze at, take it one day at a time and you'll be there in no time!

Cheers

I hear ya girlfriend!  Day 1 was easy peasy.  Mind you I had my PATT appt and so that occupied me a wee bit, but yesterday (day 2) was so hard.  Took me 2 hours to finish my first shake and then could not have my 4th.  Drank about 1/3 of it and through it out!  The Vanilla is so hard for me to choke back, even with some flavorings.  I save that one for my last shake of the day.  Chocolate not so bad.  For me the issue is the headache.  It is freaking incredible.  My hubby cooked a roast last night and I saved the broth from the pan so I can sautee some broccoli in it.

We can do this!  Our prize is on January 21/14 courtesy of Dr Hagen!
