What are you eating doing today (Wednesday)

Good morning!!

I'm in a rush... this will be quick! ;)

I am down over 2lbs this week already!!! WOOT!!

B- coffee... I will make a protein shake and drink it while I drive

in my lunch bag...

- 2x source yoguart

- 1/2c cottage cheese

- jello

- protein pudding

- salad w/egg cheese and ranch dressing

- 2x tangerines

- low carb pizza

- nuts

- some celery

 

liquids and vitamins in... have a great day

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

Two years ago I purchased one pair of YakTrax from Wal-Mart ($18)

They were awesom so I went back to find some more - they were sold out.

Went back a couple of weeks later, and they were there again - but under a different name "IceTrax".

They're basically a bungee cord innard, in a figure-eight shape, and a toe-and-heel loop made of rubber.

They are the best of all the products out there - but be careful - on smooth surfaces (such as subway stairs you will skate on them. Remove before entering an enclosed space.

Today's plan:

B - 1 piece of toast w clear tea (tummy not happy in the a.m.)

S - 1% cottage cheese w raspberries and granola, large coffee

L - 2 turkey bites, 21g cheddar, 4 crackers, 1 apple

S - protein bar, 2nd coffee

D - something Mexican with GUACAMOLE baby!

6 weeks post op:

 

B- smoothie with protein powder added

S- grapes

L- chicken stir fry- very little rice added

S- Carrots

D- on the go tonight- Tim Horton's Chili (doubt I will eat it all)

S- 2 Melba toast, Laughing cow cheese

 

Exercise- volleyball for 1 hr

all vits, struggling with water. I usually get 5-6 cups in. 

 

834 calories, Carbs- 99 g, Protein- 68g
