Hi, it is but you have to prove you are bothered by the hanging skin, such as bad rashes, ect

Yes :-) I was approved a few weeks ago. I will be getting a panni and tt with dr matic in London :-)

Is there a time limit to how long the approval is valid -- do you have to have PS within a certain amount of time after approval?

Yes... it's only valid for 6months

I saw DrNan april 2011, he told me to come back when I was ready. I called his office and his secretary said I had to start ALLLL over again. I seen him again in sept 2013, did everything I had to... testing and whatnot, they submitted to ohip and 9weeks later I was told my panni was covered. I went and seen him again and they said it would be a year before surgery. They called back 12 days later and booked my surgery for this monday.

BELOW GOAL Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!! Life is GREAT!!! Had my plastic surgery!
