Sorry for your loss Krista!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Good afternoon,

I got busy after posting the challenge, and replying to others, that I forgot to post here!

I saw Dr. Aarts this morning and I will have my little fix-up on March 6 (or before, if they can get me in). I'll be off for a week.

Going to the gym tonight, while the kiddos are at Cubs. Glad to get back on track!! I tried running a few times lately, and the ice is so bad and i'm afraid to run on the road. So inside for now. Wish I had a treadmill!!

B: coffee and goat and regular yogurt with a 1/2 cup Special K protein

S: Ryvita and peanut butter

L: top sirloin and mixed greens

S: turkey pepperettes

D: chicken breast with bok choy

Totals are

Good afternoon everyone,

The morning got away on me quickly today!  I plan to do my yoga DVD tonight, and go for a run tomorrow.

Here's my eating plan for today:
B - greek yogurt, blackberries/blueberries, SF syrup, all bran buds, protein bar

S - Pepperettes and babybell cheese

L - Egg salad with melba toast, banana with PB

S - Hummus and carrots

D - Turkey roll-ups, spinach salad

S - Cottage cheese with SF jam, jello

Totals - 1635 calories, 140g carbs, 72g fat, 118g protein
