Here is the link to the original post, which gives details on the challenge. It is just to get us moving and get the weight off, the re-gain off, or to keep off what you have!!

All steps that move you forward count. FitBit (or whatever pedometer you have) steps PLUS your daily exercises. The challenge starts monday, and i'm putting teams together this weekend. I need to know how many kilometres you THINK you will do each week. It's just a guideline, so I can make the teams fairly. You will go over, or under some weeks.

Have a great weekend!

Count me in Kelly!! That way have to be accountable for my exercise! I will be training for a Triathlon in July and hopefully my first 10K in June. So I will be getting out there! Thanks for this challenge.

I average 1.5 miles a day on my fitbit, but that is normal routine. But will be a bit more than that since I am starting back on the treadmill. So not really sure! Sorry!! I will be doing treadmill 3-4 days per week! Hope that helps!
