Hi, Are the rooms for RNY surgery patients single, double or ward rooms? Also if you can fill me in on anything I should know about PATTS, like do they weigh you, take blood ect... thanks!!

I was in a room with 2 beds.  The other patient didn't have RNY she had surgery on her leg.  Patts they weigh you, take your blood check your heart by putting those little suction cups on you, you see the Dr. who will put you out, he listens to your heart and lungs and that is about it.

I'm through Humber and have my PATTS coming up. I was under the impression that they do a chest x-ray as well... I'm assuming to rule out TB etc.
