Hi Everyone, It's been a while!
Hello my friends, I Thought I should post and give you all an update. Had surgery early September and I'm now down 53 pounds as of Friday. I weigh every Friday and that seems to work for me. I'm also following My Fitness Pal which really helps keeping track of calories, fat, sugar, carbs, sodium and of course our protein which is very important. I am starting to lose a bit of hair now, hoping it won't go on too long. I am feeling great and everyone is noticing my weight loss now and they are amazed at how I look. I am still having at least one serving of protein powder everyday which helps get the protein in. I need to work at getting all my water in everyday. Taking all my vitamins daily it's important to stay on top of that for sure. I'm tolerating everything pretty much, but I'm trying to avoid fatty and sugary foods. Really, just eating healthy and I feel full much quicker now and I know to stop eating, this is really great and something that took so much longer for me to experience before my surgery. I am moving around much better, my knees are less sore and I just feel like I can do anything. Lots of energy and loving life! Yeah!!!
I hope everyone is doing well and adjusting to their new lives with this surgery, it truly is a life changer. I love it. xo
Cathy
