mostly cottage cheese. but i did towards the end make a VERY moist meatloaf that had all the ingredients pureed before i baked it so it was almost a puree and my tummy handled it nicely.

Kingston has this suggestion - I loved it because it had a lot of flavour (I have had no food issues at all):

Mexican Delight

makes 6 x 1/2 c servings

1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed

1 can refried beans

1 jar low sodium salsa (president's choice is way lower in sodium than any other brand even though they don't label it low sodium)

1 tsp chili powder

Blend it all together - and enjoy. I froze it by servings and it worked well for me.

I plan on making this again even though I'm off purees. I won't blend it :o)

Take the time to make your own soups. Its so worth it.

I made butternut squash soup, lentil soup etc.

Other than that I ate things like cottage cheese (I'm one of the few who loves it!), greek yogurt with crystal light mixed into it, or pureed fruit, for flavour, no added sugar puddings and Jellos, and of course, protein drinks. I like the Weider brand, fruit spla**** dissolves right into your water, like juice. Its not like a shake.
