Quite emotional as well, talking (arguing) about some long standing, long ignored issues with my brother, but in spite of that, i ate pretty well, and i went for a (short) run.

Glad to read that you put those shoes on and went for a run. It never matters how long or short you go it is about getting out there and going. I hope you felt better after your run. Sorry to read about the arguing with your brother but maybe this was the time to deal with some issues. It is never pleasant having to deal with family. Believe me I know. Hugs. 

Thanks. I'm usually an avoider of drama and issues in general, but i got fed up defending him to the rest of the family, when, deep in my heart and soul, i know he doesn't deserve it. I just wanted to avoid conflict.
