Multivitamin and Mineral
I'm not sure if this link will work or not, but these are the vitamins my mom bought for me from and I am wondering if they are okay for me to take? I am pre op right now. These are NOT chewable so I will have to take them further down the road. When I showed them to my husband, he says. That's how big your pouch will be. Lol
the link worked for me, if you click on the info tab it will tell you the supplement facts.

The iron looks low... did your center say to get chewable vitamins? My center says pill form is fine.

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for the response. Humber lists 18mg for the iron. Yes we are to get chewable or liquid but mom picked them up for me when she went to the States. And I didn't have the heart to tell her I couldn't take them right after the surgery when she asked me if they were okay.
they are huge horse pills lol. I can't imagine being able swallowing them.

I was thru HRRH and they recommended the Kirkland brand prenatal vitamins. They are huge, but the first few days postop I crushed them and put them in my apple sauce, yuck, but I got them down. Then I cut them in half and not long after started to take them whole.
As long as the vitamins have what you need in the amounts you need, your good to go.
