Good morning all. Thought I would share my shopping excursion from yesterday. Someone posted that Victoria Secret had a sale on sports bras. I was never large in the chest but since weight loss it has been almost impossible to buy a bra. I have tried hundreds. I had given in to wearing what was basically a sport bra. But they really weren't great. SO I tried on the sport bras. Most of them would have been great if I wanted to wear them around my neck but they would not come down to where I needed them. So I asked for help. I had tried Victoria Secret before and they had nothing that helped. My problem is I have a lot of excess skin under my arms. So i need something wide and not too tight to control this. Add to that what little i have left is basically folded into the cup. Well i found one. However today I feel like a teenager wearing her first bra. It makes me feel huge LOL. And this is only a B cup. So if I can get used to this I will again try to find more bras.

Today is my last day of wor****il January 6th. Hurray.

b greek yogurt, granola

s 1/2 pear, laughing cow, 2 breton crackers

d swiss steak, salad (have listed this for three days but not had it)

s glass of wine

Now you know how I feel! Smoke and Mirrors.....that's what I call all my VS bras. The thing is, i'm a size B as well, but the rest of me is that much smaller, that my boobs look HUGE!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I have a couple "Smoke and Mirrors" bras too!  I have next to nothing left in the boob department, unfortunately.  These bras make a huge difference, at least while I'm clothed LOL.

RNY, 1 year, 2 Months Post-Op

Good afternoon everyone,

I started the day off with a 10K run on the treadmill.  Now working and then we're going to take the kids to the Santa Train in Orangeville tonight.

Here's the plan for the day:

B - Protein bar pre-run, post run Greek Yogurt, banana, peanut butter

S - Pepperette and cheese, Starbucks Skinny Peppermint Decaf Mocha

L - Egg salad with spinach salad

S - Clementines (LOVE this around the holidays and so glad they agree with me more than they did last year at this time!)

D - We'll be at McDonalds - haven't been since surgery but it looks like they have some healthy options like Chicken Salad, so I'll go with that

S - SF Jello, pudding with peanut butter

Totals - 1535 calories, 129g carbs, 77g fat, 97g protein
