Good Morning, Everyone!
It's been a crazy time - can't believe Christmas is only 1 week away!
I went to the gym for a 1/2 hour run this morning - it was all I could fit in with work today. I think I'll also try to go on the bike for 1/2 hour at home tonight.
Here's my eating plan for the day:
B - Protein Bar
S - Cheese String, Pepperettes
L - Chicken Cesar Salad, Pudding with PB
S - Egg, Carrots/ Hummus
D - Steak, Grilled Veggies
S - Cottage Cheese with Cinnamon/Splenda, Jello Cups
Totals - 1514 calories, 78g carbs, 75g fat, 132g protein
