In to my old work this morning....then out to a luncheon and also a dinner....I haven't weighed myself in a week as I know it will be depressing with all the salt and meals out......

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
L - 1 small piece of foccaccia bread
small serving of angel hair with garlic and olive oil
D - small salad
Sea bass with veggies

I hope when you step on the scale you are pleasantly surprised. I have been trying a new yoga/meditation cd. I find it very relaxing but have found new muscles to be sore. I heard my back crack a couple of times. was a little worried but seems to be fine today.

I got my FitBit yesterday - clip on burgundy - very cool - got it late in the day so steps were only 1884. I can see how this would motivate someone!

Good morning everyone. I am just in from the gym did 40 minutes on the recumbent cross trainer.
B- oatmeal, protein powder and almond milk
S 2 finn crisp and an ounce of LF havarti cheese
L not sure I will be out with my Mom. Likely a bowl of soup.
S 2 eggs made into an omelet with some cheese and some veggies.

Hopping on the horse again. I"m up 5 pounds, not exercising (three times in the past six weeks), not sleeping, not tracking....been like this since the bowel obstruction. I can't believe it. Hoping my iron infusion tomorrow helps.
Already ate a Turtles chocolate, from a huge basket of chocolates that came into the office. Didn't even taste good. I suppose I have to look at the fact that I only had one...not 10...at once.
